PLAYER SELECTION

We identify players who demonstrate technical ability, passion, and a desire to grow. Our selection process ensures players have the opportunity to enhance their skills and participate in programs that prepare them for the next stage of their football journey.

FOOTBALL PROGRAM

Selected players are escorted to the UK to participate in a professional Football Program, run in association with UK Football Trials. The program provides UEFA coaching, structured training sessions, and trial matches, observed by scouts from professional and semi-professional clubs. Players gain valuable experience in a competitive environment, develop their skills, and receive guidance to support their future opportunities in football.

ENGLISH DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE

Our English Development Experience complements the Football Program by improving essential communication skills for life and future opportunities. Accredited lessons delivered by British Council–certified teachers are combined with cultural activities, excursions, and social programs. Together these build confidence, adaptability, and practical language skills, supporting players both on and off the pitch.

PLAYER SUPPORT & MENTORSHIP

PRO XI provides ongoing guidance for players identified by scouts or pursuing further opportunities in the UK. This may include mentorship, advice on personal and professional development, and support to navigate future trials, programs, or schooling.
